Volleyball Scholarships in USA

Playing volleyball and studying with a volleyball scholarship is a great way to get a higher education while still playing your sport. Volleyball is a really popular sport within college athletics. It is one of the sports that get the highest spectators due that almost every university plays within the campus.  The men’s teams usually have around 4.5 volleyball scholarships while the women have around 12 volleyball scholarships to share within the team.

The key to get recruited with a volleyball scholarship is to have a good presentation video. What the coaches want to see is you playing in a match surrounding. Make sure you send ICAC a raw recorded video, meaning no music or cutting and other distractions from your game. Without this video it is hard for a coach to estimate your level and  to give you an offer for a scholarship.

The practice at college volleyball teams differs from university to university but what is a common factor is that the volleyball teams play a lot of matches during an intensive period.
