Swim and Dive in college athletics have a long tradition and is one of the most competitive environments to swim and dive in the world. There are scholarships for both swimmers and divers but we will refer to it as swimming scholarships. The option to swim in USA with a swimming scholarship is something every swimmer that just graduated from High School/Gymnasium should consider.

Swimmers today don’t have a lot options after they finished basic schools, either you are good enough to compete in world class level or you are forced to quit swimming at a competitive level. Swimming scholarships give you another alternative.

You can practice like a professional while at the same time study and get an education which the swimming scholarships cover. A lot of swimmers go professional after their college career and many also swim in Olympics while still swimming in college.

The swimming and diving competition format in college is set up that different swim meets and disciplines bring in points to your university. There are also individual tournaments for swimmers and divers in the off season phase.

Each swimming and diving team have around 9.9 swimming scholarships for the men’s team and around 14 swimming scholarships for the women’s team. A squad of a college swimming & diving team can hold up to 40 athletes.

Click on the link and register with us if you want to know more of how ICAC can help you obtain a Swimming scholarship. Make sure you provide us with your best time in competition in the registration form.
